Welcome to the world of HAM Radio.
Our next after testing workshop will be on the PiStar WPSD dashboard
and steering a PiStar with a Yaesu HT.
I will also demonstrate DMR cross-mode and the settings associated with that.
With PiStar and a Yaesu or DMR HT, the world is in your hand.
10 meter Eagle Net, 8:00 PM (2000) to 9:00 PM (2100), 28.360 Mhz USB
Eagle Net Bands & Modes (subject to change)
The Eagle Net has a new schedule!
- First week 10 meters 28.360mhz
- 2nd week 75 meters 3.900mhz
- 3rd and 4th week is 40 meters 7.238mhz.
- 5th week is for something different. SSB 6,12,17 meters or JS8Call any band.
It is our hope that our new frequencies will allow us to hear each other better as well as make out of area contacts more regularly. Unfortunately these new frequencies do require a General Class license or better. For this reason, we are keeping it on 10 meters the first Tuesday of each month.
Our new location is Memorial Funeral Services 1111 S State St. It is on the same corner with J&M restaurant. The room seats 65 very comfortably and has AV support. On behalf of our little club I would like to express my gratitude to Ed Bush Director & Owner. Thank you Diana and Ed for coming thru in our hour of need.
So same time 6:30PM and a NEW location 1111S State St. Right off of Stetson, sharing the same lot with J&M.
