LDARC October Club Meeting
As always this months meeting will be at the Colonial Country Club,
October 16th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

Agenda:
- November POTA event discussion.
- Presentation of the 2025 LDARC Ballot
- Candidates Address the Group.
- Proposed changes to our annual club dues will be voted on by club membership as well.
I will explain why we are asking for the change. - Ticket Sales (Breakfast, Dinner, Raffle)
Tomorrow’s meeting is an important one so please be in attendance if possible.
LDARC October Board Meeting
Our Board Meeting will NOT be at the usual location, J&M. This month due to our Breakfast Fundraiser, being held on the day that we normally would have it. Our Board meeting will be at 5PM, right before to our regular club meeting Wednesday, October 16th.
Once again that’s Wednesday @ 5PM – 6PM right before our club meeting at 6:30PM

- Election Slate Review
- Breakfast Fundraiser.
- POTA/Family BBQ Day. (Menu, Participants)
- Budget goals for this year.
- Preliminary Event Calendar for 2025.
- Items at Steve’s House.
There will also be a Breakfast Fundraiser Planning Meeting September 9th. It’s currently posted on the club calandar and will be linked on our home page prior to the meeting.
