Breakfast on Saturday was pretty great. We had a big turnout.
And as hoped, we saw many members that we don’t see on Tuesdays.
Don, N6DNP became our newest member at Saturday’s breakfast.
Welcome to LDARC Don. And thank you KN6SOG for suggesting our monthly weekend breakfast & for inviting N6DNP to breakfast.
Remember, our weekend breakfasts are every 4th Saturday of each month.

Right here at Diamond Valley Lake for the annual flower trail walk.
We are so lucky to have this great seasonal trail so close to home.
It’s a great opportunity to take pictures and use our radios.
All while enjoying a day out together.

Our March Club Meeting is Wednesday 3-15-23
Our guest speaker for the October meeting will be Ed Fong (WB6IQN).
As many of you know, he is the inventor of the DBJ-1 and DBJ-2 antenna that was featured in the February 2003 and March 2007 QST. His most recent antenna was the TBJ-1 – a triband base antenna that was published in March 2017 QST.
Ed will give a history on how these antennas were developed and the theory on how and why they work so well. There is no “black magic” to antennas.

Bands and Modes 2-28,29-23
For tonight’s Eagle Net QSY we’ll start off, as always on 10M, 28.360USB. Then, when were all ready we go to 17M 18.125 Mhz USB. 15 & 20 meters has been our best bet for local SSB. Let’s see how we do on the “Gentleman’s Band” 17 M. After that who knows? Maybe 75 meters.
The for the Digital Only Net after hours we go to the Hemet Hangout YSF 59073.
This will be after the full hour round table at 7pm C4FM on this repeater. You do need a hotspot of some kind to join us at the Hangout. Those of you who have request orders on one of my pistars, know that I’m checking for supply on pi zero’s daily.
