The last week’s announcement. I stated that we would be having a vote on the changes of the Constitution at the meeting we had last week. That did not happen what we did was read the changes and we will be having a vote on it at our next meeting.
In addition, we will be holding nominations for all of our board positions at the next meeting as well. As Steve has said, ideally we should have multiple nominations for each position.
I understand that is not generally been the case.
Karen, Marcos, Richard, and myself will be reaching out to you in the coming days. While my early efforts to recruit some great candidates initially didn’t work out, in the last couple days I have made what I hope is some progress. I encourage you to please consider stepping up or call someone who you think would be great for our club as a Director, President, Vice president Secretary, or Treasurer positions. There is a lot of untapped talent in this club. I personally enjoy board meetings and being part of club operations. Become a larger part of our clubs future. We need you.

Pending board approval, We will have a table at the Hemet Christmas parade December 3 this time at 5 PM. I have always loved our little parade and I’m so glad it’s back. I am thrilled that LDARC will be part of it, if you would like to be at our table or be part of the organizing committee, please raise your hand during rollcall.
Finally, while our website is progressing nicely, we have held up the launch of it. There is a requirement that there be a Members area with the club roster there. We’re still finishing that part. It should be ready soon. Remember the new site can be found at k6ldf.com or ldarc.org. We would appreciate your feedback.
