Our new LDARC Board meeting time and place starts this month.
New time: 5PM at the Colonial Country Club & preceding the Club Meeting at the same location. Members may come early and sit in on the Board Meeting. Then at 6:30PM the regular Club Meeting will begin.

Our awaited Nominations are upon us. We will be accepting your nominations for all LDARC positions during the next Monthly LDARC meeting this Wednesday evening at 6:30.
If you have any questions or haven’t been contacted, please raise your hand during role call or reach out to Karen, Marcos, Richard or myself.

We will finally be voting on changes to our constitution, with clarification regarding duties of the Board. This requires a vote of 51% of active club members to pass.
This is a big meeting and we need a big turnout. Please be in attendance tomorrow evening!

Pending Board approval at tomorrow’s Board Meeting, we will have a table at the Hemet Christmas Parade, December 3 this time at 5 PM. I have always loved our little parade, and am thrilled that LDARC will be part of it. If you would like to be at our table, or be part of the organizing committee, please reach out to me, KN6RBP. Once again, our Club Secretary and PIO has come through for us. Thank You Larry KN6PUR. Your contributions to this club are frankly, hard to put in words. You’re Awesome and Appreciated.

In addition to the 991a, our Christmas Dinner raffle will include a Hat, T-Shirts, gift cards & a truly adorable, wood trimmed Pistar made by me. It will get you around the world with ease and look good doing it. We’ll also have member donations that are given to raffle winners as well.
There are lots of ways to win and Karen has lots of tickets to sell so don’t forget to bring cash for Our Christmas Dinner raffle. Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20. Tickets for Christmas Dinner are $25 each. Additional reservations for Christmas Dinner are available and Karen is accepting payment for Christmas Dinner at the club meeting. Your early payments are much appreciated. Remember friends and family are welcome at the Christmas Dinner and no club membership is required.
Hats and shirts are also available at tomorrow’s meeting. There will also be a door prize, (probably a $20 gift card) at tomorrows meeting.

You are all invited to join us at Hemet’s own YSF node. It’s accessible by any personal hotspot, like pi-star at 59073 that’s 59 zero and 73. Come by anytime, stay as long as you like. It’s the US-Hemet-Hangout.

Our new website is now viewable at our original domain, ldradioclub.com as well as ldarc.org & k6ldf.com. All 3 work and point to the new site.
All newsletters, announcements info on our events, meetings, nets and much more, is online and easy to find. We hope this site becomes a helpful resource and a frequently visited destination. Let us know what you think, and be sure to let us know how we can make it better.

Remember, tomorrow’s meeting is held in the library just to the right of the Colonial Country Club lobby entrance at 601 N Kirby St in Hemet. Information, including a detailed map of the meeting location and the zoom meeting link is on our shiny new website. Look for the club meeting link at the top of the home page. A large turnout is required. I look forward to seeing you all there.
